Violet Blue Night Sky Gouache Study Painting

Hi, Sketchbook community!

I really enjoyed doing this so here's another night sky in gouache paint.

Paintbrushes I use

• Flat brush
• Round brush
• Fine line brush
• Filbert brush

Blending of Colors
Violet - Using a flat brush, paint violet on the top
Ultra Marine Blue - Using a flat brush, paint ultra marine blue after violet, blend violet and ultra marine blue
Skyblue - Using a flat brush, paint skyblue after ultra marine blue, blend ultra marine blue and sky blue

Blending these colors made me feel so at peace and calm.

On the lower left, paint a half circle in white.

After the moon, it's time to paint the ground with black and silhouttes of grasses using a fine liner brush.

It's time to paint a silhouette of a tree and its branches followed by the leaves.

I also painted a bird sitting on the branch of the tree.

I added white dots for the stars.

And voila! The painting is now complete.
