¡Hola amigos de Hive! Les cuento que en estos días pasados yo estaba en mi casa pintando las vigas del porche, pensé que esas piezas estructurales que le otorgan soporte a la casa, eran pan comido para mi. Me dije a mi misma: "No debe ser difícil retocarlas". Que errada estaba... Tuve un exceso de confianza que se desbordo de la viga hacia la pintura de la pared. Entre mi error y la gravedad, obtuve como resultado manchas de pintura en aceite. Le daban un toque abstracto nada bello y que definitivamente tenia que resolver... pero ¿Como lo hago? ¿Era posible salir de este lío con recursos que ya tenia a disposición en casa?🤔
¡Hello Hive friends! I tell you that in recent days I was at my house painting the porch beams, I thought that those structural pieces that gave support to the house were a piece of cake for me. I said to myself: "It shouldn't be difficult to touch them up." How wrong I was... I had an excess of confidence that overflowed from the beam to the painting on the wall. Between my mistake and gravity, I got oil paint stains as a result. They gave it an abstract touch that was not beautiful and that I definitely had to solve... but ¿how do I do it? ¿Was it possible to get out of this mess with resources that I already had available at home?🤔

Luego de ver marcadas en esas manchas en la pared blanca. Me quedo respirar, sonreír a la vida y seguir pintando las vigas con la pintura en aceite negro. Ni modo que dejara a mitad de trabajo el acabado de las vigas. ¡Esa sería una inaceptable solución al problema estético al hogar!😅
After seeing marked in those spots on the white wall. I am left to breathe, smile at life and continue painting the beams with black oil paint. No way he left the finishing of the beams halfway through. ¡That would be an unacceptable solution to the home's aesthetic problem!😅

Al día siguiente de la pintada de las vigas, después de que mis músculos de la espalda, brazos y piernas sienten dolor por el enfriamiento del cuerpo... Tuve un momento para pensar como transformar mi equivocación (o más bien ocultar mi falta de técnica en el oficio).
Procedí a buscar imágenes por internet, que me dieran ideas frescas de algún estilo o temática que me ayudara a cubrir esas manchas.
Di con este par de imágenes que contienen al colibrí como personaje principal.👍
The day after the painting of the beams, after my back, arm and leg muscles feel pain from the cooling of the body... I had a moment to think about how to transform my mistake (or rather hide my lack of technique in the trade).
I proceeded to look for images on the internet, which would give me fresh ideas of a style or theme that would help me cover those spots.
I found this couple of images that contain the hummingbird as the main character.👍

Trate de posicionar al colibrí en una proporción adecuada y que de igual manera pudiera tapar la mayor cantidad de manchas de pintura posibles.
Lo mismo aplica para la flor.
Try to position the hummingbird in a suitable proportion and that in the same way it could cover as many paint stains as possible.

La silueta del colibrí y la flor me la fue proporcionando el pincel en conjunto con la pintura de caucho blanca.

Por medio de la aplicación de puntos en los trazados, comencé por pintar el cuerpo del colibrí.

Dando los primeros retoques a las flores que decidí que fueran de pétalos con tonalidades rosadas.

Este trabajo artístico no ha terminado, ya que me falta agregar otros detalles por encima del colibrí. Espacio que aun contiene manchas de pintura en aceite negra.
Más temprano que tarde podre decir: ¡Lo termine!
Lo que si estoy segura es que quedara espectacular a toda vista del espectador. Con muchos más detalles de los que ahora se pueden observar.

This artistic work is not finished, since I still need to add other details above the hummingbird. Space that still contains stains of black oil paint.
Sooner rather than later I will be able to say: ¡I finished it!
What I am sure is that it will be spectacular in full view of the viewer. With many more details than can now be observed.
