Djinn Oshannus did Awesome in a Water V Fire Battle.

I got a battle of 26 mana where I played a water v fire battle in Noxious Fumes Ruleset and my strategy worked well there. Using Alric Stormbringer as the summoner, I chose four water monsters and fought a fire team with four fire monsters and one neutral monster.

My Battle: Fire V Water = Battle Link.

My Lineup Strategy: I chose a water team with total five cards (A summoner card and 4 magic monster cards)

The battle was ruled by noxious fumes ruleset and all monsters start the battle poisoned for this ruleset. Total mana for the battle was 26. After choosing the summoner that wastes 3 mana, I chose Djinn Oshannus in level 1 for the 1st place that waste 8 mana and reduce damage from magic attacks for its void ability.

Then I chose Lobstradamus in level 2 for the second position that reduce damage from melee and ranged attacks for its shield ability and Venari Wavesmith in level 2 for the third position that protects all friendly monsters giving each of them +2 armor for its protect ability and River Nymph in level 2 for the last position and its cleanse ability removes all negative effects on the monster in the first position on the friendly team so Djinn Oshannus shouldn't get affected by the noxious fumes ruleset till River Nymph is alive.

Combat:

All friendly monsters got one extra magic damage from the rare summoner that I used in this battle. And the enemy monsters got one extra health and one extra melee damage for three melee attackers from their summoner.

From the opponent team = Venari Markstrat was used there just to get martyred because when this unit dies, adjacent units get +1 to all stats. Living Lava reduce damage from melee and ranged attacks by 50% and Radiated Brute may attack from the second position on the team.

Scavo Chemist has cleanse ability which should remove all negative effects on the monster in the first position on the friendly team and Tenyii Striker targets the last unit on the enemy team instead of the first unit.

My Djinn Oshannus took the first turn as it was the monster with the highest speed and the enemy team lost their first monster Venari Markstrat and according to their planning, the adjacent monster got +1 to all stats.

Then my River Nymph first removed the negative poison effect from my Djinn Oshannus and then damaged two health of the enemy Living Lava. My Venari Wavesmith damaged two more health of the same enemy monster and then this enemy monster damaged the armor of my Djinn Oshannus which was gifted from my Venari Wavesmith.

Then the enemy Tenyii Striker removed the armor of my River Nymph. And then the enemy Scavo Chemist just removed the negative poison effect from their first monster. My Lobstradamus damaged two more health of the enemy Living Lava leaving it with two more health. And then Radiated Brute damaged three health of my Djinn Oshannus.

There was a new round where poison effects worked on all monsters and all of them lost two health each except the first monsters of both team as they were out of negative effects already.

the enemy Living Lava lost its last two health round from the magic damage of my Djinn Oshannus and died. Then my River Nymph and Venari Wavesmith killed the next enemy monster and it looked like that enemy monster went there just to get killed. And the enemy Tenyii Striker then killed my River Nymph and the enemy Scavo Chemist then removed its own negative poison effect using cleanse ability.

My Lobstradamus killed the enemy's Scavo Chemist at the end of the current round. The enemy's last monster lost two health and I lost one monster along losing two health of another monster for the poison effect. Then my Djinn Oshannus just killed the last enemy monster without hesitation and the battle was packed up in round 3.

End of the battle.
