Shadow Hunters 251 | From A Rabbit's Eyeview

Rabbit Hunting?
When exactly is rabbit hunting season? Is there any specific time for it? Is there even such a thing in the desert?
Anyway, we now have five (5) rabbits at home. After Snowy, we had another baby rabbit a month after. Oh dear, oh dear, do they multiply so quickly! After that, Cookie (mommy rabbit) gave birth to another five kits but they all died (fortunately). Given that there's now a lot of them, we have to cage them properly outside already.
But!
Cookie always finds away out of the cage!
Before this, we would let the rabbits roam outside but they never get this far. With this wide space, it's harder to catch Cookie than ever.
Shadow Hunting!
It was tricky. It was pointless to look for Cookie inside the thick bushes. We had to wait for her to eventually come out in the open and hope that we will be able to get hold of her.
There were also nasty insects hovering the bushes. Ohh, scary! I wouldn't want to get stung by this!

From A Rabbit's Eyeview.
I decided to place my phone closer to the ground in hopes to get shots of how Cookie likely saw the surroundings.
What's small in our view, looks big for her. This must be a very "comforting" shelter for her... She was out of sight from her predators-- err, us.

Small shadows!
The small leaves made small shadows. I actually thought they're almost immaterial.
The bushes and the shadows were perfect camouflage for Cookie. Cookie's fur are brown and white. The brown blended well with the dried leaves and bushes, while the bright light just like her white spots.
Just look at the picture below...
Can you spot Cookie?

Lovely shadow photos! I hope Cookie is out of the shadows and is safe at home! Thanks for entering the Shadow Contest! 🌞🐇
Thanks @melinda010100 ! Yep, she's back safe at home. She eventually came out of the bushes and went back home herself. However we wouldn't have noticed without the help of our neighbors who knocked on our gate since we were inside the house already.
