#Fungi Friday 🍄 🍄 🍄 - Autumn Harvest of Macrolepiota Procera

About 3 weeks ago, I was walking the dog and found a whole clearing of one of my favorite mushrooms!

It didn't rain for a long time, but I knew that the autumn wave of Macrolepiota Procera should already begin in time ...

And I was not wrong)

On about 50 square meters, almost all the land was covered with mushrooms!

Most of the mushrooms have just emerged from the ground,

such specimens are very well suited for salting)

Larger instances,

very good fried!

In the summer, these mushrooms are very large, but in the fall, either because of the lack of moisture, or because of the cool weather,

but they are much smaller than in summer ...

That time I harvested about a bucket of mushrooms

And after that I went two more times while they were growing up)
Harvested two more times, the same amount ...

It was enough for me to fry and dry 2 three-liter bottles,

and pickled several jars, in different marinades, for the winter)

In general, I am very satisfied! With what I procured for the winter, the whole season, I will not stay without mushrooms)
