Terror de las abejas y de todo tipo de insectos, el abejaruco común (Merops apiaster) es uno de los pájaros de plumaje más bello y colorido que podemos encontrarnos por los campos del entorno mediterráneo en esta época estival.

Esta es una acuarela que realicé para la exposición Mis viviencias en las Tablas de Daimiel.
