Panela and carrot cake recipe.

In this opportunity I am going to show you a quick and easy recipe of how to prepare a panela cake with few ingredients to share as a snack, with all our family.

Ingredients:
-1 panela.
-1 small carrot.
-2 eggs.
-250 grams of wheat flour.
-1 glass of milk.
-250 milliliters of vegetable oil.

Preparation:
We start with crumbling the panela.

Then wash and grate the carrot.

In a bowl, place the crumbled panela, carrot and eggs.

Then integrate all the ingredients and add the wheat flour.

Integrate the ingredients and add the milk.

We integrate the ingredients and finally add the vegetable oil.

Apart we are going to grease a refractory with oil and flour and wheat that is where our cake is going to be baked.

After this we are going to incorporate the mixture into the baking dish and it is going to be baked for 30 minutes at 100 degrees.

Finally the cake should be like this, fluffy, soft and very rich... my family loves it and I recommend it 100%.
