Lochita as Medicinal use.
This is a very famous herb that is used as a brain oxygenator that helps people who suffer constantly from headaches, and also those who forget things.Lochia, also known as Centella asiatica, belongs to the Apiaceae family.
This is a creeping herb that does not grow very tall, but spreads quickly on the ground, its leaves are kidney-shaped with epidermal texture and vessels are marked, small white flowers. Its stem is thin green, where its leaves are born in petioles of 2cm. Its roots grow and develop vertically and are cream colored.
In Western phytotherapy it is widely used as a natural medicine, as it is known for its sedative, dermatological, tonic and vasodilator qualities.

The whole plant is necessary for medicinal purposes. This herb has as properties tannins, mucilage, resin, amino acids, alkaloids and fatty acids. It serves as a brain oxygenator, is very good as an adaptogen, healing, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, and helps with the nervous system.

This medicinal herb is beneficial to our health, as it boosts the production of collagen, the protein that intervenes in the skin and joints, as well as in the bones and muscles. It stops flaccidity, helps with hardness and firmness.
