Is reverse psychology useful to you?

People are psychologically complex, and despite these, sometimes we are psychologically predictable, with some of our constant attitudes are measuring us, to the point of influencing our behavior, so we are all, some less predictable than others, but all on the same path of life.

Many people are committed to do the opposite of what other people recommend or advise them, I remember that as a teenager I liked to do the opposite of what my parents advised me, that revealing stage of youth that we all live, and the study of our behavior was giving molds that offered the possibility of facing that desire to do the opposite of what was indicated, that is how the reverse psychology began to be useful.

Although we all know about this technique we continue to apply it and it works, it does not always work of course, it all depends on how we do it and to whom we apply it, with my daughter I have been able to apply it to improve her behavior, that is to say, it is a persuasive strategy of much application.

We all apply it at some time, so much so that we do it even with ourselves, in my case I do it with my inner self, and maybe many of you do it, the interesting thing is to make good use of this old technique and get the best out of it, in a win-win relationship.
