First of all, gratitude.

Sometimes we think that everything that happens to us is bad, and we wonder why things happen, and why it happens to us. But we should look around us and know that there are people in worse situations than ours.

People with terminal illnesses, people with mental illnesses, people with huge debts, people with problems in their marriages, people in prisons, at ..... Infinite problems that make our problems feel small.

So we should be careful when we complain and give thanks for our small problems that at any moment we solve and at any moment we are fine, because small problems are transient.
Let's start this 2023 thanking God for everything.
