Receta: Crema de papa y puerro | Recipe: Cream of potato and leek soup | [ESP-ENG]
Tanto para una entrada o para cuando quieres comer poco sin dejar de comer... Rico y saludable...
- 4 papas medianas
- 1 o 2 ramas de puerro o ajo porro
- 1/2 Cebolla
- 2 Ajos (yo use rostizados pero puede ser crudos)
- 1 cda de Mantequilla
- 3 Ajíes (si gustas)
- Sal al gusto

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 or 2 branches of leek or leek garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 2 garlic (I used roasted but can be raw)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 3 chilies (if you like)

1.- Picar las papas y cocinarlas en agua hirviendo hasta que se ablanden. Conservar parte del agua para luego aplicar a la mezcla a medida que sea necesario.
2.- Calentar un sarten a fuego medio, agregar la mantequilla y la cebolla, cuando la cebolla este transparente, agregar picado el ajo porro, el ají, los ajos y la sal. Mover solo unos segundos y retirar del fuego.
Procedure .
1.- Chop the potatoes and cook them in boiling water until they are soft. Keep some of the water to apply to the mixture as needed.
2.- Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the butter and the onion, when the onion is transparent, add the chopped garlic, the chili, the garlic and the salt. Stir just a few seconds and remove from heat.
4.- Agregar en una licuadora: las papas y los vegetales que salteamos en el sarten. Completar con un poco de agua para que la licuadora trabaje bien. Luego se puede agregar mas si se desea una crema mas liviana y menos espesa.
3.- In a pot with water heat the eggs, count 8 minutes since it starts to boil if you want them with the yellow one just a little raw, otherwise boil for 10 minutes.
4.- Add in a blender: the potatoes and the vegetables that we sautéed in the pan. Add a little water so that the blender works well. Then you can add more if you want a lighter and less thick cream.
5.- Quitar la cascara a los huevos y cortar a lo largo.
6.- Servir en un plato hondo, colocar el huevo cocido y puedes añadir extra si te gusta algo de picante, cebollin o perejil..
