Mini bizcocho decorado//Decorated mini cake 🍒 🍰 [Esp-Eng]
Who doesn't love a dessert with whipped cream? It fascinates me 😄I love whipped cream although many times it's just something very syrupy, but what about strawberries🍓 with whipped cream they are also a delight😋.
Today I want you to accompany me to prepare a delicious sponge cake with whipped cream or Swiss meringue, I am learning in this world of baking so we are beginners and what we want will not always turn out perfectly but I have always said that practice makes perfect, so Stay with me if you want to know how I made this cake with cream and cherries to have a snack at home with a good coffee or whatever you want most😊🍰 here I show you the recipe.

- Harina 500 gr
- 1 huevo
- 80 gr de Maizena o fécula de maíz
- Aceite 100 ml
- 1 cucharadita de mantecado o vainilla
- 1 cucharadita de sal
- 100 ml de leche líquida
- 200 gr de azúcar
- Flour 500 gr
- 1 egg
- 80 g of cornstarch or cornstarch
- Oil 100 ml
- 1 teaspoon of shortening or vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 ml of liquid milk
- 200 gr of sugar

We start mainly using a bowl to beat our mixture, we will use a deep one and we will be adding our egg white and we will beat it with a whisk until it reaches stiff peaks for 4 minutes or less, we beat, then I add the sugar and beat for 5 minutes and I add the yolk of the egg that we have taken out the white and I add it whole together with the sugar and oil.

I am going to add the cornstarch, salt and vanilla after beating the mixture, integrate it and also add the wheat flour. I have used self-rising Mary® wheat flour since it is very good and I add milk and continue beating until that my mixture is homogeneous.<

I proceed to grease and flour the tray that I will use to pour the mixture and proceed to bake the mixture easily for 1 hour at 180°.

To prepare the whipped cream, what I will do is add the sugar in a small pot and the water, I will cook it in a double boiler for 15 minutes until it is thick and tends to become somewhat hard in my spoon and in a separate bowl I will add the two egg whites to start beating.

While we beat the mixture until stiff, we remove the sugar from the heat and add it to the egg whites until stiff little by little and continue beating for 15 minutes. I have also done it with a whisk since I don't have a mixer 😢 but If you have one, it will be easier for you, but of course we don't underestimate that our hands can't do it, so I beat this by hand and the result turned out well 🤭, from there I went to decorate my cake as best I could after it was ready and cooled, I placed some cherries to decorate on top and that's it.
