Even though you said your weren't breaking any records.. You're running very fast!! :D I just got into running/jogging and I'm by far not that fast :D Any tips on how to improve?

Just keep on doing it. I started running in my late 40s and I could hardly run then. Try something like the Couch to 5k plan. You need to be running at least twice a week to build strength. Maybe you can find someone to run with you. If there is a parkrun in your area then go along. It does not matter how quick you are for that. Good luck.
