A Good Friend
This week's wonderful theme A Good Friend was chosen by @jesus-son and what a good friend he is for giving us a theme that leaves a lot of room for exploring matching songs, thank you! 🙏😉
My choice fell on a song that has been covered here many times before; I wanted to learn it on the piano, so when the theme came up I just thought.. YAY!
My guitar was an afterthought, but it occurred to me that should throw it in as well..
Count On Me
Bruno Mars has had a string of great songs that I have only started to discover; most of them have a light hearted touch to them and "Count On Me" is no exception!
I love the innocent lyrics of this song; I see them as mainly aimed at a very good friend, but if a partner is also a very good friend than that is the most wonderful thing in the world!
I shoulder to cry on whenever you need it, someone singing you to sleep (maybe playing guitar?), wow, what a thought!
We all need kind people who support and encourage us, so let's try and do just that!

I am getting more adventurous with my videos and for this week I have added soft edges to my guitar part. For anybody interested: I use Kdenlive for the video and Audacity for the audio part.

I don't think so; I don't think that would work very well, it's better having more space to move things around, but I don't know really.
There might be versions for mobiles.. check out those links I put there, you might be lucky.. 😀
