My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2024 - Everything as planned

Everything as planned
Today everything was just right. If you haven't seen the start post, you might like to read it first at Let's go outdoors and reactivate Actifit
I got up and soon had a video meeting after grabbing a spoon, oil and brush. I drank two and a half glasses of hot water and took my first ration of magnesium. I then made myself a hot lemon and immediately steamed two apples and enjoyed them while guests arrived in the meantime.
At lunchtime I ate a second breakfast and took the iron. In the evening, I cooked lasagna and had already taken all the supplements. Now it's back to work on the PC and before I go to bed, magnesium and chlorella again. Things couldn't have gone better today.

Alles wie geplant
Heute hat alles gepasst. Hast Du den Startbeitrag nicht gesehen, so magst Du vielleicht zuerst lesen in Lass uns rausgehen und Actifit reaktivieren
Ich stand auf und hatte nach Löffel, Öl und Bürste recht bald ein Video-Meeting. Ich trank während dessen zweieinhalb Gläser heißes Wasser und nahm meine erste Ration Magnesium dazu. Anschließend machte ich mir eine heiße Zitrone und dünstete mir sogleich zwei Äpfel und genoss diese, während inzwischen Besuch eintraf.
Mittags aß ich ein zweites Frühstück und nahm bereits das Eisen. Am Abend kochte ich Lasagne und alle Nahrungsergänzungen waren bereits lange genommen. Jetzt noch wieder Arbeit am PC und bevor es ins Bett geht, noch wieder Magnesium und Chlorella. Es hätte damit heute nicht besser laufen können.
