our 90th brawl statistics and some Guild management considerations - unsere 90. Rauferei-Statistik und einige Überlegungen zum Gildenmanagement

Statistic for the 90th brawl from June 18 to 23.
To the first statistics contribution of this week I want to follow here the second one at once. The 111th brawl, which is already in progress, is still in the prep stage. After sharing the three Gold Foil battles from the 109th brawl yesterday, I have picked out one of my own battles of the 110th brawl for today, which I want to share:
Against @ARVIEZ from the eventual first place guild [RKO] Outta Nowhere 🧨. If their Gladiator would have been hit by my Parasitic Growth in the first round ... but in the end I lost the battle despite 90% chance to win. I had that calculated afterwards at https://splintertools.io/battle/sm_Bmu0FozhSISTbeWrL8DW?player=anjanida&cards=5,399,8,193,301,158,4
Congratulations on such good luck, @arviez! The fight can be seen here directly afterwards.
Guild management considerations
First, though, I want to acknowledge some recent activity in our guild chat. After a narrow defeat behind the eighth-placed guild in the 110th brawl, the question arises once again how we can create incentives to actually send in teams when self-assigning to a fray. The eighth-placed guild had used only 10 of 16 frays, whereas we filled all 16 frays. So it's clear that we had significantly more losses when we were tied on points. However, this time we probably also had a whole 20!! of 123 fights that were not sent in. Easily there would have been 3 points more feasible, if an unused assignment would have had stronger consequences.
I want to explicitly thank @kuramanala03, @zeeshannaqvi9th and @phantomx123 for feedback on this topic in the guild chat. I will openly confess that I have difficulty penalizing the non-submission of teams, if only because I have a hard time reliably measuring who didn't send in teams and when. This is because Splinterlands unfortunately still doesn't show in the results phase when teams have not been sent in. The only chance I know of to note what has been missed is to note those accounts before the end where teams have not yet been sent in, and then go to the account's battle list at the start of the results phase to see the number of teams not sent in. However, as soon as more battles have been made with the account in question, the individual results slip out of the list at the bottom and can no longer be tracked there. However, sitting at the PC every five days at the appropriate time is a considerable effort, which I don't see as worthy of having to point a finger at others. Especially not if the time is in the middle of the night. I prefer to appreciate, and for that I am likewise interested in attainable incentives.
A next point is the accompanying organization of the guild by means of social media via Facebook, Discord or other platform. I would like to mention that we already had a Discord server, which ended in discord. Running a Discord server means a lot of effort. Facebook doesn't offer anonymity, which makes it impossible to require participation there as a requirement to join our guild. So what can we do without asking more of individuals than what makes it comfortable? This here is social media, after all. Can activity via Hive be made a requirement to stay in our guild? Notification via Discord could be handled by @ginabot. Do you know how to do that? How would that be for you? It could help the guild get more publicity, which is what @unschoolingcoach was asking for back in the day.

Statistik für die 90. Rauferei vom 18. bis 23. Juni.
