Hunting Purple Leaves

I'm back with my daily activity report featuring Actifit.

As usual, I started the day with morning prayers, then morning meditation and continued with yoga. Today I because I defecate 2x in the morning, I think the Hemorroid I have will recur. So I'm going to look for purple leaf plants for herbal remedies.

I had an Hemorroid after giving birth to my second child, this was due to the deep breathing technique of straining. And although it is difficult to pass a few years, sometimes this Hemorroid still often recurs. Although not severe, it is quite disturbing if left untreated. So I listened to people around me who suggested drinking purple leaf boiled water when signs of recurrence appeared.

Purple leaves have the Latin name Graptophyllum pictum is an upright shrub plant. It is a medicinal plant from Papua New Guinea and Polynesia but in Indonesia this plant is often used as an ornamental plant. The height of the plant is about 1.5-8m, the stem includes woody, threaded stems, the surface is smooth with a greenish-purple tint.

I didn't plant this plant myself because I was traumatized when I found that this plant had so many caterpillars and it was terrible. But near my brother's cowshed this plant thrives wildly, so whenever I need this plant I just need to ask my brother to pick this purple leaf and I just need to pick it.

After that I only need to boil 5 leaves with 500ml of water, boil until the water is 250ml left. If the water is left 250ml, just need to turn off the stove then filter it, wait until it is warm and just drink. Don't forget to say bismillah, I hope this effort works.
