Anger, directed in an appropriate manner, targeting evil, can turn that often labeled negative emotion into a positive result.

Keep letting it out; don't allow it to turn 'in' on you.

Totally agree @angryman. I hold the belief that the first step to overcoming inertia and depression is by stirring the passions.
