Hello my friends, how are you? Nice to greet you again. This time I want to share with you a delicious recipe for very tasty cookies, it is about some cookies filled with homemade chocolate cream. Today I wanted to invent a little 😁 so here I show you how to prepare those delicious cookies.
- 110 gramos de harina de trigo
- 75 gramos de mantequilla
- 100 gramos de azúcar
- esencia de vainilla
- 100 gramos de leche en polvo
- 1 cda de mantequilla
- 40 ml de agua
- 50 gramos de cacao
We start by mixing the sugar with the butter until it is creamed, for me it is better to pulverize the sugar, so the process is a little faster. Then I added the vanilla and flour in two parts to form a smooth dough.
When the dough is ready, we covered it with film paper and we take it to the fridge for one hour.
While the dough is in the fridge, we started preparing chocolate cream. In a pot we place the sugar the water and the tablespoon of butter we take it into the fire until boiling and that the butter has dissolved. Butter gives a brighter look at the chocolate cream. Once you have boiled, we stopped from the fire we let it rest and then continue with the process in the blender. In this we will add a part of the hot water with two tablespoon of milk powder, we start liquefy at high speed and we add the water (not all) there we see what texture we want it. This process is also homemade condensed milk but I added cocoa. As it is liquefied. I see how much amount of cocoa, milk or water I need. In my case, use 100 grams of milk with half water, and 50 grams of cocoa.
This was the chocolate cream, if you want less thick you can soften by adding more water
Now we have the dough, we are going to divide it in half, sprinkle the table with a little flour and stretch, we will cut a circle which will be the base of our cookie, later we will cut a strip of dough which will be the wall of the biscuit and then comes the friend many not to mention all because inexplicably there are people who do not like chocolate 😁, we will take a little of our chocolate cream and spread it all over the dough, after doing that step we will cut another circle to cover the cookie.
After assembling the cookie, now we have to take it to the oven already preheated to 180⁰c for 18 minutes. Also, since I had leftover dough, I made some mini cookies that were also filled.
