Hello my friends, happy and blessed day. For today I want to share with you a recipe for homemade ice cream, Lizaso rea with Blackberry fruit, an ice cream with an acid flavor but very rich. So here I show you how to prepare it.

Hola mis amigos, feliz y bendecido día. Para el día de hoy quiero compartir con uds una receta de helado casero, rea Lizaso con fruta de Mora un helado de sabor ácido pero muy rico. Así que a continuación les muestro como lo prepare.

Ingredients

  • Blackberry Pulp
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • Milk 500ml
  • 50 gr of cornstarch

Ingredientes

  • Pulpa de Mora
  • 150 gr de azúcar
  • Leche 500 ml
  • 50 gr de fécula de maíz

I started by blending only the Blackberry pulp until it looks creamy, then we pass it through a strainer to extract the seeds.

Comencé licuando solo la pulpa de Mora hasta que nos quede con un aspecto cremosos luego la pasamos por un colador para extraer las semillas.

Then I took them to a low heat together with the sugar, while it was heating, prepare the milk together with the cornstarch, this shirt is to be integrated into the blackberry only when it is hot, but not when it has boiled.

Después las lleve al fuego bajo junto con el azúcar, mientras se calentaba prepare la leche junto con la fécula de maíz, esta la camisa a integrar a la mora solo cuando este caliente más no que haya hervido.

When the blackberry mixture has a somewhat creamy consistency, lower it from the heat. Let it rest for about 5 minutes and serve up to half of our silicone mold, to create a kind of deposit in the center, we will take some small glasses and place them on top, we will place some grains so that it weighs and can form the center of the ice cream, we will take this to the fridge for about 2 hours. By the time it's ready, we remove the glasses, add the condensed milk and cover with the rest of the leftover ice cream, and put it back in the fridge for 2 more hours.

Cuando la mezcla de la mora tenga una consistencia algo cremosa, la bajamos del fuego. Dejamos reposar por unos 5 minutos y servimos hasta la mitad de nuestro molde de silicona, para crear con una especie de depósito en el centro, tomaremos unos vasos pequeños y los colocamos encima, le colocamos unos granos para que haga peso y pueda formar el centro del helado, esto lo llevaremos a la nevera por unas 2 horas. Para cuando esté esté listo, retiramos los vasos agregamos la leche condensada y tapamos con el resto del helado que nos sobró, y nuevamente a la nevera por 2 horas más.

Están geniales, justamente tengo pensado hacer hoy helado de mora jaja, la fruta debe andar en temporada porque mi papá trajo bastante y rara vez compra.
