Hola hola amigos, espero estén muy bien en este día ✨

Hoy amanecí activa desde temprano, tenía muchísimo tiempo sin hacer mis caminatas matutinas por diferentes motivos pero me desperté con la firmeza de levantarme en lo que sonara mi alarma. Me pare, arreglé, eché mi protector solar y me fuí.

No les niego que tenía mucho sueño, sin embargo no podía continuar posponiendo esto, lo hago por salud y además porque esto me ayuda a estar activa a lo largo de mi día. Prefiero hacerlo tempranito en la mañana para evitar el sol fuerte aunque igual me pongo una gorra para cuidar mi cutis.

Al llegar a casa realicé una pequeña rutina de brazos más abdominales para también tonificar.

Hello hello friends, I hope you are very well on this day ✨.

Today I woke up early, I had a long time without my morning walks for different reasons but I woke up with the determination to get up as soon as my alarm went off. I stood up, tidied up, slathered on my sunscreen and off I went.

I don't deny that I was very sleepy, but I couldn't keep putting this off, I do it for my health and also because it helps me stay active throughout my day. I prefer to do it early in the morning to avoid the strong sun although I still wear a cap to take care of my skin.

When I got home I did a little arm plus abs routine to tone up as well.
