Homemade coffee and dessert in good company/Домашня кава та десерт у хорошій компанії (EN/UA)

Hello everyone,
the weekend is finally here and i can take a break from university and work. The weather in Ukraine is not very warm this year, but today we had a very nice, sunny and warm day. I didn't want to go to a coffee shop, but on the contrary, I wanted to cook it at home, with my mother. It is on such days that i want to create and do something. And by "create" I mean to prepare something delicious for coffee. And that's why today there will be a post not only about our beloved drink - coffee, but also about goodies for it.

нарешті прийшли вихідні, і можна відпочити від навчання в університеті та роботи. Погода в Україні не дуже балує нас теплом цього року, але сьогодні у нас був дуже гарний, сонячний теплий день. Йти в кав'ярню не хотілося, а навпаки було бажання зварити її вдома, з мамою. Саме у такі дні хочеться творити і щось роботи. А під "творити" я маю на увазі приготувати до кави щось смачненьке. А тому сьогодні буде пост не тільки про наш улюлений напій - каву, а й про смаколики до неї.

In the morning I woke up with a persistent desire to make cheesecakes (i don't know it sounds in english correctly). To be honest, I don't know if this dish is popular in other countries, but in Ukraine they are incredibly popular. So, before making myself a cup of hot drink, I stuck these pretty cheesecakes on, by the way, I got the shape right this time. And all because I rolled the already molded circles in a glass, and then flattened them with a silicone spatula. And these cute pucks came out. While the dessert was frying, I made myself some coffee.

Вранці я прокинулася зі стійким бажанням приготувати сирники. Якщо чесно, то я не знаю чи популярна ця страва в інших країнах, але в Україні вони користуються неймовірною популярністю. Отож, перед тим як заварити собі чашечку гарячого напою, я наліпила ось цих гарненьких сирників, до речі, на цей раз у мене вийшла правильна форма. А все тому, що я уже зліплені кружечки обкатала у склянці, а потім приплюснула силіконовою лопаткою. І вийшли ось такі милі шайби. Поки десерт смажився, я заварила собі кави.

Lately, I've been drinking just black ground coffee, without milk. I recently did a healthy eating challenge where you couldn't add animal milk to your coffee. The challenge passed, but the habit remained. By the way, I have been drinking all hot drinks without sugar for many years. So the taste of coffee is not interrupted, and you can directly enjoy its taste with all the notes.

So, when everything was ready, I sat down to enjoy coffee with cheesecakes together with my mother. By the way, tomorrow is Mother's Day, so I congratulate all mothers on their holiday. Our mothers deserve the best)

Останнім часом я п'ю просто чорну мелену каву, без молока. Нещодавно я проходила челлендж із здорового харчування, де в каву не можна було додавати молоко тваринного походження. Челлендж пройшов, а звичка лишилася. До речі, я вже багато років п'ю усі гарячі напої без цукру. Так смак кави не перебивається, і можна, безпосередньо насолодитися її смаком зі всіма нотками.

Отож-бо, коли все було готово, я сіла смакувати кавою з сирниками разом із мамою. До речі, завтра День матері, а тому вітаю всіх мам із їх святом. Наші мами заслуговують на все найкраще)

While we were drinking our coffee, one of our cats climbed onto the windowsill. His name is Charlie. He loves sitting there, because our kitchen is sunny, and he basks in the sun so much and, of course, listens to our conversations. I love such a company.

After such a treat, the mood always rises and I myself am charged with positivity. Then you can continue to do some household chores. And tonight, my mother and I plan to watch Eurovision. Are you watching this contest? If so, who do you root for?

А поки ми пили нашу каву, а підвіконня заліз один із наших котиків. Його звати Чарлі. Він обожнює сидіти там, адже наша кухня сонячна, і він ось так ніжиться на сонечку і, звичайно, слухає наші розмови.
Обожнюю таку компанію.

Після такого частування настрій завжди піднімається і сама я заряджаюся позитивом. Далі вже можна продовжувати робити якісь хатні справи. А сьогодні ввечері, ми з мамою плануємо дивитися Євробачення. Чи дивитесь ви цей конкурс? Якщо так, то за кого вболіваєте?
