Wednesday Walk...
Hello...
So today I decided to use one stone to kill three birds, since last month my network provider has been sending me messages that they are about to block my sim because they think I haven't linked it with my NIN which is quite annoying.
I remember linking up my SIM card with my NIN (National Identification Number) two years ago, so I am still wondering how it isn't working fine now.
Well to avoid disconnection, I decided to visit their outlet around the hood I live in and then I remembered I had to do a window shopping in a phone slot for my mom and I also needed to upgrade my bank account.
Since all of these outlets are almost in the same direction I was prepared for everything, so I had my bath and headed out.
On getting to the bus stop I decided to take shots for my Wednesday walk.
I boarded a public bus heading my way and alighted at the network-provided outlet at exactly 10 am.
As soon as I walked closer, I realised that there were a lot of people who wanted to update their sim as well and they had already been given numbers which would enable the staff to attend to them.
The numbers were from 1-150 so any other person after 150 wouldn't be attended to, and I had no number so I knew it was a lost course for today.
In a bid not to waste more time, I decided to visit the slot for my window shopping before heading to the bank for the bank account upgrade.
I took another bus heading to the phone slot and in less than 30 minutes I was already at the outlet.
I took a look at the phones they had and their specification, it's no surprise now that phones are quite expensive now, I saw the one I wanted for my mom, and when I have enough money I surely would go back to get one for her.
Then I took a tricycle to the bank, and regretted even visiting the bank, the security guy kept me outside for more than 30 minutes because there were a lot of customers inside.
When I finally got inside, the crowd was just too much and there was no seat left for me.
I was too tired standing as it looked like the bankers were taking ages to attend to customers, and then the worms in my stomach began to cry out.." I am hungry."
I endured hoping they'd attend to me soon, but after waiting for more than two hours, one of the staff told us to check back tomorrow because their system had issues.
I felt like crying but then I had no other choice but to leave, and I accepted leaving too.
I dashed to a closed-by eatery to buy some snacks.
And then I left for home feeling quite disappointed and exhausted.

Thanks for joining the Wednesday Walk :) Have a great day :)

It's a pleasure.
You actually went to places that can stress the hell out of you in one day. Network provider's offices and banks can never fall into my schedule in a day because you have to wait which is quite frustrating.
I enjoyed the tour though and despite the stress, you had time to take us through the trip.
Hmm, I was so stressed, I am glad you enjoyed the virtual tour. Thanks for coming around.
The bank and network providers outlets are two places I can't stand. I always wonder how there's always a queue and they're always having poor Network. It can be very annoyinggg. Sorry about your experience. To meet up with them you can try to go earlier(that's not even a guarantee that you'd be attended to faster) but then...
I could picture the scenarios as you went😀
