Lumpiás | Rollitos de primavera [ESP-ENG]
Hello, fellow Hive members. Welcome to a space of my blog that little development, but with craving culinary practice flourishes. Days ago I had the need to eat Venezuelan Lumpiås or Spring Rolls, in Argentina I have not gotten a similar taste and less crunchy; so I took action and prepared the recipe that a Chinese friend taught me in Venezuela. I share with you my recipe, which is simple but takes time in the preparation, I hope you like my Lumpiås or Spring Rolls that I made with a sweet and sour sauce that in a next meeting I will bring the preparation of the sauce.

1/2 pechuga | 1/2 breast |
3 zanahoria | 3 carrot delegates |
1 pimentón | 1 paprika |
1 cebolla | 1 onion |
3 tazas de brotes germinados | 3 cups of sprouts |
2 cucharada de soya | 2 tablespoons soy |
Sal al gusto | Salt to taste |

Es hora de preparar la mezcla para hacer las Lumpiås rellenas o Rollitos, un trabajo que lleva tiempo, les recomiendo usar un sartén antiadherente, en mi caso no tenía pero mis ganas de comer superaron las dificultades.
It's time to prepare the mixture to make the stuffed Lumpiås or Rolls, a job that takes time, I recommend using a non-stick pan, in my case I didn't have one but my desire to eat overcame the difficulties.

1 taza de harina de trigo | 1 cup of wheat flour |
1/2 taza de maicena | 1/2 cup cornstarch |
1 taza de agua | 1 cup of water |
1 cucharadita de sal | One teaspoon of salt |

Para enrollar, colocan una porción de la preparación del relleno en una punta de la masa, cerrar de los lados y luego doblar la punta para enrollar, pegar con un poco de la mezcla. Posterior freír las Lumpiås o Rollitos hasta que doren y servir con la salsa que deseen u otro plato que gusten.
To roll, place a portion of the filling preparation on one end of the dough, close the sides and then fold the end to roll, stick with a little of the mixture. Then fry the Lumpiås or Rolls until golden brown and serve with the sauce of your choice or any other dish you like.
Este plato lo disfruté, quería sentir la textura crujiente, el sabor venezolano Chino y servir la salsa agridulce que me queda de maravilla, también le coloqué limón y acompañé mi plato con una bebida de Limonada de Patilla, bastante refrescante. Amigos de Hive espero que se animen y cuando sientan necesidad de comer algo diferente, anímese y sean creativos en la cocina.
I enjoyed this dish, I wanted to feel the crunchy texture, the Venezuelan Chino flavor and serve the sweet and sour sauce that fits me wonderfully, I also added lemon and accompanied my dish with a Patilla Lemonade drink, quite refreshing.
