Un saludo amistoso para todos mis amigos de Hive, me complace estar una vez más en la hermosa comunidad de open mic, cerrando la semana con toda la energía musical. El tema de esta semana es “Divorce / Separation” este se encuentra frecuentemente en las canciones, supongo que la vorágine de una separación es una de las cosas que más nos cuesta afrontar, al punto de que algunas personas prefieren estar en relaciones dolorosas durante años antes de soltar y dejar/se ir; así que una de las formas en las que hacemos catarsis en estos momentos de perdida es a través de la música.

Asi que para esta semana les traje una linda canción de la puertorriqueña Kany García, el título es “Titanic” y fue publicada en el álbum “Mesa para dos” en el año 2020, donde Kany conto con la colaboración del colombiano Camilo. De toda la música pop una de la que más disfruto es la de Kany García, creo que tiene unas letras increíbles, que realmente se esfuerzan por recoger la complejidad de nuestros procesos emocionales. Esta canción es una de esas, que en su letra arroja de manera sencilla esos pensamientos y sentires que nos ahogan cuando experimentamos una separación.

Normalmente les interpreto las canciones de forma instrumental, pero esta letra me encanta, así que le pedí a mi querida @jetta.amaya que me acompañara con su hermosa voz, para traerles esta canción de manera completa y puedan disfrutar de su melodía y de su letra. Friendly greetings to all my Hive friends, I am pleased to be once again in the beautiful open mic community, closing the week with all the musical energy. This week's theme is "Divorce / Separation" this one is often found in songs, I guess the maelstrom of a separation is one of the things we have the hardest time dealing with, to the point that some people would rather be in painful relationships for years before letting go and letting go; so one of the ways we catharsis in these moments of loss is through music.

So for this week I brought you a nice song by Puerto Rican Kany Garcia, the title is "Titanic" and it was released on the album "Mesa para dos" in 2020, where Kany had the collaboration of Colombian Camilo. Of all the pop music one of the ones I enjoy the most is Kany Garcia's, I think she has incredible lyrics, that really strive to collect the complexity of our emotional processes. This song is one of those, which in its lyrics simply throws out those thoughts and feelings that choke us when we experience a separation.

I usually interpret the songs in an instrumental way, but I love these lyrics, so I asked my dear @jetta.amaya to accompany me with her beautiful voice, to bring you this song in a complete way so you can enjoy its melody and lyrics.
