Casa Matina: coffee, candy and love.

A friendly greeting dear Hivers, I hope you are doing very well. Today I am happy because I will share with you my visit to a great coffee shop in my city. I went as usual with my life partner @jetta.amaya, and we shared a delicious experience between coffee and dessert, our two favorite things in the world.

The place is called Casa Matina, it is located in the Sambil shopping center, one of the most recognized in the city of San Cristobal, Tachira state, in Venezuela. In terms of the physical I found it very spacious, the store has assigned one of the parts of the hallway in the mall, where are their masses and furniture for customers, likewise if one wants something more intimate also has several tables inside for the clientele. Although the tables are in the hallway, it is very spacious so it does not bother the traffic of people in the mall in any way.

The best part is the menu, it has a wide variety of coffees, both hot and cold. A wide range of dry and cold desserts, combining fruits, ice cream, chocolates, cookies and other fabulous flavors. As well as other drinks with fruit, milk or yogurt. In their diverse menu you can also find savory items, the ones that caught my attention the most were the amazing sandwiches and cheese tequeños.

On this occasion we ordered a delicious chocolate Frappuccino and a Super Waffle to share between the two of us. The Frappuccino has always been one of my favorite drinks, but in this place I love the intensity of the coffee, you really feel it in every sip, above the cream, sweetness or chocolate, the coffee flavor comes out and I think that is wonderful, because in other places they prioritize the sweet, when we coffee lovers want to feel a good coffee flavor in our mouths.

As for the Waffle, I found it a little small, as I am used to Waffles in much larger presentations. But that does not detract points, as it was delicious, the buttercream ice cream was very creamy and the combination of fruit with the quality of chocolate and dulce de leche was a spectacle for the palate. The combination was wonderful and we enjoyed sharing both the drink and the dessert.

I loved the menu, everything that Casa Matina serves is delicious as I have enjoyed it on other occasions. Also the space is pleasant and quiet, as it is away from the mall food fair, which is usually noisy and chaotic.

I hope you enjoyed accompanying me to Casa Matina, this is one of my favorite places in the city and I could not fail to share this visit with you. I really enjoyed participating. I will be around very soon bringing you another visit to a coffee shop. I'll say goodbye for now.
