Cozy, fine and quick service in a beautiful ambience is really rustic Swiss. The food was delicious and you have a great choice from selection of rösti variations.
Rösti is a Swiss national dish, served golden brown with a crispy crust. Rösti can be made from cooked potatoes, but also with raw potatoe, but a firm cooking potato sort.
Potatoes are shredded and fried in a buttered pan, turned over halfway through and you're done. Rösti is actually quite good without a garnish. However, since many years, rösti can served also with various side dishes, therefore has also grown in popularity and oferrs a complete meal, like here with a farmer sausage

Eating in a farm must be a truly nice experience I love old farms remind me truly of a simple and genuine atmosphere, the rosti look good inest in only in some food festivals it's really yummy 😋
