A magical festive time

You can have in Zurich in December a magical time. Many decoration, Christmas markets - trees, everything is most beautiful in the evening with the lighting.
You can go ice skating, hiking in the Zurichs local mountains a festive spirit everywhere with a winter charm and traditional winter dishes.

Here the imposing twin towers from the Grossmünsters, built in a Romanesque style with Gothic elements. You can climb up into the right tower for a small fee, from the top you will have, breathtaking panoramic views of the Alps, Lake and surroundings.

I took the photos on two different days, so it was not just rainy days at all.
