Crying dreams

Hola comunidad, espero que estén muy bien. Yo no les mentiré, este año ha sido uno de los peores que he pasado, creí que seria mejor al anterior pero realmente no lo fue, muchas de mis metas se acabaron incluso antes de empezar, realmente ha sido difícil poder sobrellevar todo esto, pero al menos tengo algo que nadie puede quitarme y es el arte, al menos con esto puedo desahogar un poco todo lo que siento, por eso mi estilo usualmente es algo nostálgico, no solo porque me guste retratar temas depresivos o por simple placer, a veces solamente lo necesito, lo necesito para drenar un poco y eso a veces es difícil también, porque me suelo frustrar fácilmente, pero sigo adelante y seguiré hasta que se me caigan las manos, porque es lo único que tengo, por eso hoy he dibujado “Crying dreams” podría decirse que en este retrato estoy reflejando todo lo anterior que dije, las pequeñas estrellas serian esos sueños que quedaron sin alcanzar, decidí agregarle una sombra a este dibujo porque me parecía que daba un toque más nostálgico, una sensación de estar en la cama deprimida un domingo en la mañana jaja, la tenue luz en el rostro haciendo brillar los sueños representados en estrellas, cayendo de sus ojos, desvaneciéndose en nada.

I won't lie to you, this year has been one of the worst I've ever been through, I thought it would be better than the last but it really wasn't, many of my goals ended before I even started, it's really been hard to cope with all this, but at least I have something that no one can take away from me and it's art, at least with this I can vent a bit of everything I feel, that's why my style is usually something nostalgic, not just because I like to portray depressive subjects or for simple pleasure, sometimes I just need it, I need it to drain a bit and that is sometimes difficult too, because I get frustrated easily, but I keep going and I'll keep going until my hands drop off, because it's the only thing I have, that's why I drew today " Crying dreams" it could be said that in this portrait I am reflecting everything I said before, the little stars would be those dreams that were left unreached, I decided to add a shadow to this drawing because it seemed to me that it gave a more nostalgic touch, a Feeling like been depressed in bed on a Sunday morning haha, the dim light on her face making the starry dreams shine, falling from her eyes, fading into nothing.
