I'm not sure what you're asking. Solana is a top 10 chain. I don't own any SOL at the moment.

Devs are also building on HIVE which is tiny at the moment and is not dying because it's being used to build.

You paired the two perfectly. Value I'm exchange for value. There's the part for the developers which is the infrastructure but we the users fill it with data and get value for that data
