Every day I try to find ways to add value to other users on the HIVE blockchain. When I add value, I get value in return. I stake, compound and earn even more value.
All you need is consistency and a long-term outlook. That's it.

Consistency is the key to success at Hive. You're right, the last few months have been very rewarding for me as I'm dedicating myself more and I'm realizing that all my efforts have been really worth it.
This motivates me to move forward and the more I grow, the more people I will also be able to help and this cycle will increase for more and more people here at Hive.
Thats a good strategy I will be applying here
