Hola @foddiesbeehive espero que se encuentren muy bien, disfrutando de la buena comida. hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta que me encanta y es el Helado. Me encantan todos los sabores, es uno de mis postres favoritos. Y hoy te enseñaré a realizar un helado super cremoso que te encantará.

Por lo general yo misma hago la crema de leche y la leche condensada ingredientes principales del helado. Por aquí les comparto la receta enseñándoles como hacer de manera fácil estos dos ingredientes.

Y ahora si vamos con nuestra receta de helado cremoso

INGREDIENTES

500ml de crema de leche o nata
1 lata de leche condensada
24 galletas de chocolate

PROCEDIMIENTO

PASO 1
Batir la crema de leche hasta casi montarla

PASO 2
Añadir la leche condensada y batir por unos minutos más hasta que la mezcla quede cremosa y aireada

PASO 3
Agregar las galletas previamente trituradas puedes dejar los trozos en diferentes tamaños.

PASO 4
pasar la mezcla al bowl de presentación y tapar con papel transparente para envolver comida, haciendo que el papel toque la superficie de la mezcla esto es para que no se cristalice. Meter en el congelador un mínimo de 4 horas, a mi me gusta dejarlo de un día para otro.
