Exploring the Val Canali, Tonadico - Trentino Alto Adige - Discovering Italy with alequandro!

Hi friends, today we're going back to Trentino Alto Adige, the idea was to visit a villa and the park but having set off a little late, the villa was closed and since I didn't want to waste time waiting for it to open, I decided to explore the trails nearby.

The nice thing is that I discovered some wonderful paths and it was probably better that the villa was closed, I discovered a really nice place!

Ciao amici, oggi torniamo in Trentino Alto Adige, l'idea era visitare una villa e il parco ma essendomi messo in viaggio un po' tardi, la villa era chiusa e siccome non volevo perdere tempo aspettando l'apertura, ho deciso di esplorare i sentieri li vicino.

La cosa bella è che ho scoperto dei sentieri stupendi e probabilemente è stato meglio che la villa fosse chiusa, ho scoperto davvero un bel posto!

I parked the car in Val Canali in the municipality of Tonadico at about 1000 meters above sea level.

You can recognize the parking lot because right next to it there is a small lake that has a very particular color and water that varies from blue to light green, beautiful.

Ho parcheggiato l'auto nella Val Canali nel comune di Tonadico a circa 1000 metri di altitudine.

Si può riconoscere il parcheggio perchè proprio a fianco c'è un laghetto che ha un colore edll'acqua molto particolare che vari a dall'azzurro al verde chiaro, bellissimo.

Once the car is parked, cross a vehicle bridge and looking out from the parapet, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Pale di San Martino peaks.

Una volta parcheggiata l'auto, si attraversa un ponte carrabile e affacciandosi dal parapetto, si gode di una bella vista con le cime Pale di San Martino.

Once you go up the paved road, you can continue on a pedestrian path parallel to the little-trafficked road.

Una volta risalità la strada asfaltata si può proseguire su un sentierino pedonale parallelo alla poco trafficata strada.

After 50 100 meters you cross the road again and enter a small stretch surrounded by vegetation.

It is at this point that one is amazed by a majestic and at the same time relaxing scenario ... a small paradise.

Dopo 50 100 metri si attraversa di nuovo la strada e ci si addentra in un piccolo tratto circondato da vegetazione.

E' in questo punto che si rimane meravigliati da uno scenario maestoso e allo stesso tempo rilassante...un piccolo paradiso.

It was precisely at this point that I decided not to go to the villa anymore but to continue along that beautiful path.

E' proprio in questo punto che ho deciso di non andare più alla villa ma proseguire lungo quel bellissimo sentiero.

This is one of those places that definitely puts you in a good mood.
Everything is in the right place, it seems to travel through the landscape of a postcard.

Tutto è al posto giusto, sembra di percorrere il paesaggio di una cartolina.

There were a lot of groups of people enjoying the ebikes...I would say it's just the ideal place.

C'erano molti gruppi di persone che si divertivano con le ebike...direi che è proprio il posto ideale.

Expanses of grass, rural buildings, majestic mountains... the clean air, the absence of anthropic noises, only the scent of grass and wild flowers.
An experience to live breathing deeply and in relaxation.

Distese d'erba, edifici rurali, le montagne maestose...l'aria pulita, l'assenza di rumori antropici, solo profumo d'erba e di fiori spontanei.
Un'esperienza da vivere respirando a pieni polmoni e in relax.

Along the path there are also wooden structures dedicated to the goddesses of Greek mythology Najadi, Igea, Galatea, Talìa, Mnemosyne, Gea and Artemis, a unique context in which to meditate, read and admire breathtaking views.

At one point, attracted by a stable that emerged from that immense meadow, I took a path to reach it.

Ad un certo punto, attratto da una stalla che affiorava da quell'immenso prato, ho preso un sentiero per raggiungerla.

Given the not very promising weather, I decided to end the walk by taking another path that would have led me to the car park.

Visto il meteo non molto promettente ho deciso di concludere la passeggiata prendendo un altro sentiero che mi avrebbe condotto al parcheggio dell'auto.

When I was about to get to my car, I noticed a very large tree right next to the entrance to the Villa I wanted to visit.

Quando stavo per raggiungere la mia auto mi sono accorto di un albero molto grande proprio vicino all'ingresso della Villa che volevo visitare.

It was a beech tree about 300 years old!
Every time I see monumental trees like this I wonder how many things they have seen, how many people they have seen passing through, how many animals, storms, battles... if only they could tell!

Si trattava di un faggio di circa 300 anni!
Ogni volta che vedo alberi monumentali come questo mi chiedo quante cose hanno visto, quante persone hanno visto transitare, quanti animali, tempeste, battaglie...se solo potessero raccontare!
