Hola amigos de #gems, me alegra compartir con ustedes un nuevo contenido, les cuento que hoy preparé un exquisito pollo frito acompañado de arroz y papas a la francesa.

My first step was to start seasoning the chicken pieces with salt and marinade, then I peeled two potatoes and started cutting them into strips, then I put them to fry in a pan with very hot oil, I continue cooking the rice, adding a cup of rice and add two cups of water and let it cook for 20 minutes while I was frying the chicken but I forgot to take that photo hehehe 😊 .

Mi primer paso fue empezar a sazonar las piezas de pollo con sal y adobo, luego pelé dos papas y comencé a cortarlas en tiras, luego las puse a freír en una sartén con aceite muy caliente, sigo cocinando el arroz, agregando una taza de arroz y le agrega dos tazas de agua y lo dejo cocinar por 20 minutos mientras yo estaba friendo el pollo pero se me olvido tomar esa foto jejeje 😊 .
