Delicious strawberry and banana smoothie (Esp-Eng)

Hola amigos de esta linda comunidad, si hay algo que me gusta hacer mucho actualmente es tomar deliciosos batidos, claro y por eso los preparo y esta vez hice uno que me encantó bastante y en mi opinión es de los mejores que he hecho, es un smoothie de fresas con una combinación como lo es el cambur que le dió un toque especial junto a la leche, tiene un sabor similar a un sabroso yogurt de fresa, por su textura y sabor. Espero que se animen a prepararlo y tengan la misma opinión que yo. Aquí el paso a paso.

Hello friends of this beautiful community, if there is something that I like to do a lot nowadays is to drink delicious smoothies, of course and that's why I prepare them and this time I made one that I really loved and in my opinion is one of the best I've done, it is a strawberry smoothie with a combination as is the cambur that gave it a special touch with milk, it has a taste similar to a tasty strawberry yogurt, for its texture and flavor. I hope you are encouraged to prepare it and have the same opinion as me. Here is the step by step.

200 grs de fresa, 01 cambur, 1/2 taza de leche, azúcar al gusto, 1/2 vaso de agua, hielo.

English:

200 grams of strawberry, 01 cambur, 1/2 cup of milk, sugar to taste, 1/2 glass of water, ice.

Preparé este batido de la siguiente manera: Empiezo lavando las fresas, les quito las hojas y las corto en trozos, al cambur le quito la cáscara y lo corto en ruedas.

I prepared this smoothie as follows: I start by washing the strawberries, remove the leaves and cut them into pieces, the cambur I remove the peel and cut it into wheels.

Ahora vierto el agua en la licuadora y voy añadiendo las fresas, el cambur, la leche y el azúcar.

Now I pour the water into the blender and add the strawberry, cambur, milk and sugar.

Licuo hasta que todo esté bien integrado y se obtenga una mezcla espesa, entonces apago la licuadora para añadir el hielo picado y vuelvo a pulsar durante unos segundos y listo.

I blend until everything is well integrated and a thick mixture is obtained, then I turn off the blender to add the crushed ice and press again for a few seconds and that's it.

Para disfrutar este nutritivo smoothie, lo serví en un vaso y lo tomé después del almuerzo. Para esta ocasión rindió para dos vasos. Hasta la próxima.

To enjoy this nutritious smoothie, I served it in a glass and drank it after lunch. For this occasion it yielded two glasses. See you next time.
