      My love for coffee began at an early age. One of the aromas that definitely takes me back to my childhood is that of coffee, I remember getting up to go to school very early and the first thing I saw in the kitchen was my grandmother serving the dark liquid, beginning the ritual that signaled the start of a new day.

     Mi amor por el café comenzó a una edad temprana. Uno de los aromas que me transportan a mi infancia definitivamente es el del café, recuerdo levantarme para ir al colegio muy temprano y lo primero que veía en la cocina era a mi abuela sirviendo el oscuro líquido, así pues empezaba el ritual que indicaba el comienzo de un nuevo día.

     From that moment on, coffee has always been a fundamental part of my family gatherings because both my paternal and maternal side of the family are coffee lovers.

     Desde ese momento el café siempre formó una parte fundamental de mis reuniones familiares pues tanto mi familia paterna como materna son amantes del mismo.

     Now that my grandmother is not in this plane, the routine continues with my mom who gets up very early and her first action of the day, I think you can already guess, yes, it is right to prepare coffee Lol. In my house the person who gets up first has the task of preparing this wonderful drink, let's say it's something like an agreement that never took place, we all know it but at no point was it agreed upon, that's just how it happens.

     Ahora que mi abuela no se encuentra en este plano, la rutina continua con mi mamá quien se levanta muy temprano y su primera acción del día, creo que ya la pueden adivinar, si, es correcto preparar café jajajaja. En mi casa la persona que se levante primero tiene la tarea de preparar esta maravillosa bebida, digamos que es algo así como un acuerdo que nunca se llevó a cabo, todos los sabemos pero en ningún punto se acordó, simplemente así es como sucede.

     In the afternoons when anxiety attacks and the mood lends itself to eat a dessert, the ideal complement is a good coffee with milk, in my family circle always entrust me with this task because according to them the one I prepare is difficult to overcome, Although sometimes the task is tedious because as in many families everyone has a particular taste, I have to make several mixtures, for example my sister and I love sweet coffee with a little more milk, however my mother prefers it a little more bitter and with a little less milk.

     En las tardes cuando llegan esos momentos donde la ansiedad ataca y el ánimo se presta para comernos un dulcito, el complemento ideal es un buen café con leche, en mi círculo familiar siempre me encomiendan esta tarea porque según ellos el que yo preparo es difícil de superar, aunque a veces es tediosa la tarea ya que como en muchas familias cada quien tiene un gusto particular tengo que realizar varias mezclas, ya que por lo menos a mi hermana y a mí nos encanta el café dulce y con un poco más de leche, sin embargo mi mamá lo prefiere un poco más amargo y con un poquitito de leche.

     I think that one of the moments I enjoy the most, is when the day is rainy with a certain melancholic tone where there is nothing to do but cuddle up and drink a very hot coffee while we contemplate the drops flooding and cleaning the environment. I find the aroma of the rain mixed with the aroma of this beverage extremely relaxing, which with each sip generates a feeling of wellbeing.

     Creo que uno de los momentos que más disfruto es cuando el día está lluvioso con cierto tono melancólico donde no provoca hacer más nada sino acobijarse y tomar un café bien caliente mientras contemplamos las gotas inundar y limpiar el ambiente. Encuentro sumamente relajante el aroma de la lluvia mezclado con el de esta bebida, que con cada sorbo me genera una sensación de bienestar.
