Ayvali Pond / Ayvalı Göleti

Hello everyone,
Today I will tell you about my trip to a beautiful pond. Ayvalı Pond is a different and more beautiful place than the ponds I have visited before. The undulating hills around it, the pine trees decorating the hills, the reeds and flowers make it a wonderful place. Since there is no settlement near the pond within walking distance, there are usually not many people around. The few buildings around the pond were built as summer houses or to be used for gardening. There was probably no one there when I was there.

Bugün sizlere güzel bir gölete yaptığım geziden bahsedeceğim. Ayvalı Göleti daha önce gittiğim göletlerden daha farklı ve daha güzel bir yer. Etrafındaki dalgalı tepeler, tepeleri süsleyen çam ağaçları, sazlıkları ve çiçekleri ile harka bir yer. Göletin yakınında, yürüme mesafesinde bir yerleşim yeri olmadığı için genellikle etrafta çok fazla insan olmuyor. Etraftaki birkaç yapı ise yazlık olarak ya da bağ bahçe işleri sırasında kullanılmak üzere inşa edilmiş. Ben orada olduğum sırada muhtemelen kimsecikler yoktu.

People sometimes come here to fish. There are plenty of carp in the lake. But I was not so lucky that day. I had to return empty-handed except for a few small fish. Besides fishing, this is a great place for camping. During my visit, I saw someone setting up his tent. I enviously watched this camper who sailed into the lake with the inflatable boat he brought with him. I can't share that part because I watched him floating in the water instead of taking photos. 🙂

İnsanlar kimi zaman buraya balık avlamak için geliyor. Gölde bolca sazan varmış. Ama ben o gün pek şanslı değildim. Birkaç küçük balık dışında elim boş dönmek zorunda kaldım. Ayrıca balık avlamak dışında burası kamp yapmak için harika bir yer. Ziyaretim sırasında çadırını kuran birini gördüm. Yanında getirdiği şişme botla göle açılan bu kampçıyı imrenerek izledim. Bu sırada fotoğraf çekmek yerine onun suda süzülüşünü izlediğim için o kısmı paylaşamayacağım. 🙂

Ayvalı Pond is located in Tavşanlı district of Kütahya province. It is located within the borders of Ayvalı village, which is about 12 km from the district center. You take an asphalt road into the village. But Ayvalı Pond is a little outside the village borders. Part of the road leading to the pond consists of a rough and bumpy dirt road. The road situation I mentioned can be annoying for a while. But when you reach the pond, you realize that it is worth it.

Ayvalı Göleti Kütahya ilinin Tavşanlı ilçesinde bulunuyor. İlçe merkezine yaklaşık 12 km uzaklıkta bulunan Ayvalı köyünün sınırları içinde yer alıyor. Köy içine kadar asfalt bir yoldan gidiyorsunuz. Fakat Ayvalı Göleti köy sınırlarının biraz dışında kalıyor. Gölete giden yolun bir kısmı bozuk ve engebeli bir toprak yoldan oluşuyor. Bahsettiğim yol durumu bir süre için can sıkıcı olabilir. Fakat gölete vardığınızda buna değdiğini fark ediyorsunuz.

The pond is home to many plants and animals. People also bring their cows here to graze. While I was looking around I saw a turtle and a duck swimming calmly in the pond. They were both very cute.

Gölet birçok bitki ve hayvana ev sahipliği yapıyor. Ayrıca insanlar buraya ineklerini otlatmaya getiriyor. Etrafı incelerken bir kaplumbağa ve gölde sakince yüzen bir ördek gördüm. İkisi de çok tatlıydı.

Ayvali Pond offers great opportunities for photography lovers. When I realized that it wasn't a good day for fishing, I started shooting the beauties I saw around. Especially the reeds looked great.

Ayvalı Göleti fotoğrafseverler için harika fırsatlar sunuyor. Balık tutmak için iyi gün olmadığını fark ettiğimde etrafta gördüğüm güzellikleri çekmeye başladım. Özellikle sazlıklar harika gözüküyordu.

I had left the house early without having breakfast. I was planning to be back by the time they were ready as the people at home would have a late breakfast. Things didn't go as I had hoped. I was a bit late. The beauties I saw had the side effect of making me forget the time 🙂

Evden kahvaltı yapmadan erkenden çıkmıştım. Evdekiler geç kahvaltı yapacağı için onlar hazır olana kadar dönmeyi planlıyordum. İşler umduğum gibi gitmedi. Biraz geciktim. Gördüğüm güzelliklerin zamanı unutturmak gibi bir yan etkisi vardı 🙂
