It has been quite a while since my last post.
I've been sick, had some unusual events, been to the dermatologist, been to the dentist, etc.

前回の投稿からかなり間が空いてしまいました。
体調を崩したり、珍しい行事があったり、皮膚科に通ったり、歯医者に通ったりしてました。

By unusual event, I mean a wedding.
My relatives had a wedding and although it was in Japan, we traveled quite a distance.
What does that mean?
I went to pick up my mother, who lives 300 km away from where I live now, and
After meeting up with my mother, I flew to Tokyo.
The distance traveled by plane is about 630 km.
And from Tokyo to the wedding venue, I took the Shinkansen bullet train, which traveled 200 km.

After the wedding, we returned home via the exact same route.
(300 + 630 + 200) x 2 = 2,260 km.

珍しい行事というのは挙式のことです。
身内に挙式があり、日本国内ですが、かなりの距離を移動してきました。
どういうことかと言いますと
私が今住んでいる場所から300km離れたところに住んでいる母を迎えに行き
母と合流後、飛行機で東京まで移動したからです。
その飛行機での移動距離は、約630kmです。
更に東京から式場まで新幹線で200km移動しました。

そして挙式が済んだら全く同じ経路を通って帰宅したのです。
（300＋630＋200）×２＝2,260kmですね。

3泊4日で2,260kmの距離を移動しました。
コロナ対応で3年近くほとんど遠距離の旅を全くしていませんでしたので
本当に久しぶりにこれだけの距離を往復しました。

I had been suffering from severe allergies until just before this travel.
During the period when hay fever and yellow dust attacked, the urticaria did not stop.
The eczema from my hands to my arms also became worse, and there were times when I could not sleep at night.

I managed to get through it thanks to the abundant rain that fell in mid-April.
Pollen and yellow sand were washed away, and I felt much better.

Many things have been taken care of and we are finally back to our daily lives.

この移動の直前まで酷いアレルギーに悩まされていました。
花粉症と黄砂の襲来が重なった時期に、蕁麻疹が止まらなくなりました。
手から腕も湿疹が酷くなり、夜眠れない時期もありました。

なんとか乗り切ることができたのは、4月中旬にたくさん降った雨のおかげです。
花粉と黄砂が洗い流されて、随分と楽になりました。

色々なことが片付いてやっと日常が戻ってきました。

またブログを再開していこうと思います。

■Once the pollen season is over, my allergies are slowly clearing up and now the eczema on my hands is much improved.
This year I hope to do a lot of mountain climbing as well as camping.
I plan to go mountain climbing three times during May.

■花粉シーズンが終わったらアレルギーも徐々に治り、今は手の湿疹もかなり改善しています。
今年はキャンプだけでなく、登山も多く行きたいと思っています。
5月中に3回登山に行く予定です。
