Creation takes time
Think about humans... 6+- months to develop from a zygote to a more complex type of tissue & organism and then growth occurs over a lifetime.
Creating and growing is a part of our nature. Just allow it to happen.

Exposure to what we like & what we are like
This changes brain chemistry. And brain chemistry is everything.
