Holy Week Family Reunion / April HPUD and HPUM
Happy Easter everyone!
Hubby and I decided to celebrate the holy week with our son for we miss our cuddly teddy bear so much.ππ₯°
We travelled for six hours away from our city and we are now in the highlands of Baguio city since Thursday. It is also our way of escaping the scorching heat of summer in the flatlands. Just before we left we had a 42 degrees Fahrenheit reading in the heat index. Phew! Talk about feeling the sun deep in your skin! π₯΅π₯
Holy Friday, We had the opportunity of seeing how the people in Baguio celebrate the holy week by having their procession at Session road, the heart of the city which was closed to commuters. So many devout Catholics joined in the procession.
After the procession we were just walking along session road which are lined up with a lot stores, mall, restaurants, cafe's, bakeries, pizza place, etc. for it's the main business district center. We went looking for some things my son needed for school and we passed by a very interesting store that sells a lot of stuff. What caught my attention were the many headbands on display so I decided to check on the store.
Then I saw these cute hair clips on display that is a fad nowadays.
The yellow ducks with different designs.
There are birds, teddy bear and even some vegetables too. Like this one, my son tried putting it on my hair. The three of us were just having fun with the hair clips.

I tried putting on the cherry tomato hair clip.... Hahaha.
Then my son tried the tiny little plant on his hair, hubby was even the one who clipped it on. The three of us were just giggling and laughing about the hair clips which ended up my son buying one for himself, the plant hair clipππ
Spending time with our loved ones during this Holy week season is what truly matters. Our families should be our top priority no matter what.
They should always come first among others. In essence, The Holy week offers families a sacred time to pause, reflect, and come together in reverence and unity. By embracing this tradition, we nit only honor our spiritual heritage but also nurture the bonds that sustain us through life's journey.
HIVE POWERUP DAY!ππ§¨π₯
Yippee! It's that time of the month were we contribute in whatever and however way we can to the hive, how?
Well, of course it's our #HPUD and #HPUM day. For April I thought I could already reach my target of 1000HP but upon my power-up of 18 HBD that was converted to 48 hives I just got 966 HP, I am still 34 hive power short.
Well, definitely this May my goal of 1000HP will already be attained. I will just stay active, should not give heed to any of my procrastinations.π€π€π€
I'm proud of myself though even if it's minute compared to others, I got all these HBD's from joining many different community challenges each week. I have to exert some effort, took a lot of photos depending on the community themes. Well I had a lot of fun and had many funny experiences while snapping photos everywhere. In hive perpetual posting is the key, constant interactions with our fellow hivers is needed to gain more recognition and be known.

Wow! Nice weather in Baguio, and you enjoyed your bonding with your unico hijo.
Yes Ymmom super grateful the universe was with us, because the day we arrive in Baguio it was raining a bit. I really prayed that we will have a great weather when we visit Northern Blossoms and yah it was heated and was given.
