Es mas probable que te mate alguien cercano a un desconocido ¿Aterrador no? Pensar en que un padre, una madre, un hermano, un compañero/a de trabajo o … un amigo/a, podrían arrebatarte la vida es algo en que nadie piensa pero, quien este a tu lado, una de las personas en que confías y aprecias, podría estar planeando tu muerte sin darte ningún indicio de ello. El capitulo de hoy, ilustra perfectamente de que hablo y fue, uno de los casos de asesinatos en serie de Argentina en su momento logrando tanto impacto mediático que hasta incluso, la misma asesina, tuvo un lugar en el famoso programa Argentino almorzando con Mirtha Legrand en 2008.

It is more likely that someone close to you will kill you than a stranger. Scary, isn't it? Thinking that a father, a mother, a sibling, a coworker, or... a friend, could take your life is something no one thinks about. But the person beside you, one of the individuals you trust and appreciate, could be planning your death without giving any indication. Today's chapter perfectly illustrates what I am talking about, and it was one of Argentina's serial murder cases that at the time had such a media impact that even the killer herself had a place on the famous Argentine TV show almorzando con Mirtha Legrand in 2008.

Yiya Murano (Interpretada por Nacha Guevara) , es una mujer que se dedica a estafar gente pero, a los ojos de las demás , es una inversionista hábil e inteligente.

Debido a su personalidad educada, amable y sobre todo, manipuladora, convence a sus amigas para que estas , les de dinero y así Yiya, lo duplique aplicando sus conocimientos en inversiones. Esto nunca sucede y sus amigas comienzan a notar que esta, no piensa devolver el dinero y que algo huele mal.

Yiya nota la desconfianza de sus amigas y , temiendo que la descubran (y para quedarse con todo el dinero de ellas), comienza a tramar los asesinatos de todas sus amigas.

Yiya Murano (Played by Nacha Guevara), is a woman who dedicates herself to swindling people but, in the eyes of others, she is a skilled and intelligent investor.

Due to her polite, kind, and above all manipulative personality, she convinces her friends to give her money so that Yiya can double it by applying her investment knowledge. This never happens and her friends begin to notice that she has no intention of returning the money and something seems fishy.

Yiya notices the mistrust of her friends and, fearing that they will discover her (and to keep all their money for herself), she begins to plot the murders of all her friends.

El capítulo es una joyita en todo sentido. Nacha Guevara hizo un trabajo estupendo interpretando a la asesina. La elegancia de esta, el creerse de clase alta, lo refinada, lo manipuladora y siniestra todo, absolutamente todo, quedó logrado perfectamente en una actuación redonda y reflejando una persona carente de sentimiento alguno. Nacha, sos una genia. Te luciste en este papel.

Me gustó mucho el vestuario elegido de Yiya que contrastaba un poco con la vivienda en la que residía ya que esta, no era de clase social alta pero se creía una de ellas (La real tambien) y esto lo reflejaba en el vestuario . Digno de una persona psicópata que no aparentaría ser un cruel asesino.

Para mi, uno de los mejores capítulos y con un final escalofriante. En serio que sentí la sangre fría de Yiya allí. Todo fue poético, cada detalle fue bien logrado dando a la escena ese toque de maldad pura que traspasó la pantalla. Las actuaciones de las amigas estuvieron excelentes tambien sobre todo la de la del final que recién al último instante, se dio cuenta lo que sucedía. Logró plasmar la desesperación de una persona que no puede evitar su destino fatal.

Buen ritmo, buena ambientación, excelentes actuaciones, excelente banda sonora … todo perfecto y macabro.

The chapter is a gem in every way. Nacha Guevara did a fantastic job portraying the killer. The elegance, the belief of being high class, the refined, the manipulative and sinister, everything, absolutely everything, was perfectly achieved in a rounded performance reflecting a person devoid of any feeling. Nacha, you are a genius. You excelled in this role.

I really liked the chosen wardrobe for Yiya, which contrasted a bit with the housing where she lived since she was not of high social class but believed herself to be one of them (The real one too) and this was reflected in the attire. Worthy of a psychopathic person who would not appear to be a cruel killer.

For me, one of the best chapters and with a chilling ending. Seriously, I felt Yiya's cold blood there. Everything was poetic, every detail was well accomplished giving the scene that touch of pure evil that transcended the screen. The performances of the friends were also excellent, especially the one at the end who only at the last moment realized what was happening. It managed to convey the desperation of a person who cannot avoid their fatal destiny.

Good pace, good setting, excellent performances, excellent soundtrack... everything perfect and macabre.

  Bueno, el caso de Yiya Murano, fue muy famoso en su época pero así como fue un boom mediático , se apago y esta, murió en un asilo en 2014 sola y en el olvido.

  El capitulo es bastante fiel a la realidad (No se el dramatismo de todo) y el caso real, nos aporta mas datos que los que da el episodio como por ejemplo, que todo comenzo en el ´79 en Buenos Aires y , con la participación de la mujer en almorzando con Mirtha Legrand .

  Yiya, hasta el día de su muerte sostuvo su inocencia al igual que en el capitulo así que el cinismo quedo plasmado perfectamente tambien. Un capítulo que te hará dudar si alguien cercano a ti, quiere matarte. Le doy un 10/10 ¡Saludos!

  The episode is quite faithful to reality (I don't know about all the drama) and the actual case provides more data than the one presented in the episode, such as it all starting in '79 in Buenos Aires and with the woman's participation in having lunch with Mirtha Legrand.
