I wanted to share something here today. When I browsed through my gallery, I came across garden photos and some photos you kept waiting to share. The garden photos are of the places I prepared for planting tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. Even though it can be a bit tiring, gardening is an activity that I enjoy. It gives greater pleasure to see the vegetable seedlings grow and bloom when the time comes. And when they give vegetables, it gives great pleasure...

Bu gün burada bir şeyler paylaşmak istedim. Galerimi karıştırınca bahçe fotoğrafları ve paylaşırım diye beklettiğin bazı fotoğraflarla karşılaştım. Bahçe fotoğrafları, domates, biber ve salatalık ekmek için hazırladığım yerlere ait. Yaparken biraz yorucu olsa da bahçe işleri sevdiğim bir aktivitedir. Zamanı geldiğinde sebze fidelerinin büyüdüğünü, çiçek açtığını görmek daha büyük bir zevk verir. Bir de sebze verdiklerinde, harika bir keyif verir...

In this photo, there is a tree that looks wonderful when it blooms. Its name around here is "weasel". I know its other name is "erguvan". The flowers of this tree are very delicious. I loved eating the flowers of this tree when I was a child.

Bu fotoğrafta ise çicek açtığı zaman harika bir görüntüsü olan bir ağaç var. Bizim buralardaki ismi "gelincik". Diğer bir isminin "erguvan" olduğunu biliyorum. Bu ağacın çiçekleri çok lezzetlidir. Çocukluğumda bu ağacın çiçeklerini yemeyi çok severdim.

This photo belongs to a tree we call "goat horn". The fruit is a bit hard when dried, but it is a delicious food. The known name of the tree and its fruit is "Carob". The pulp of the fruit is extracted and used. There are also people who make molasses. It is said that its extract or molasses, both of them, are very healthy. I love both its fruit and pulp/molasses.

Bu fotoğraf ise bizim "keçi boynuzu" diye isimlendirdiğimiz bir ağaca ait. Meyvesi kuruduğu zaman biraz sert ama lezzetli bir yiyecektir. Ağacın ve meyvesinin bilinen adı "Harnup". Meyvesinin özü çıkarılarak kullanılıyor. Pekmezini yapanlar da var. Özü veya pekmezinin, yani ikisininde çok sağlıklı olduğu söylenir. Ben hem meyvesini hemde özünü/pekmezini çok severim.
