Helping a Friend with Avoidant and Procrastination Tendencies

To help someone with extreme avoidant and procrastination tendencies, I'd suggest:

  • Breaking tasks into smaller, manageable chunks
  • Setting realistic goals and deadlines
  • Creating a schedule and sticking to it
  • Using the Pomodoro Technique (25 minutes of work + 5 minutes of break)
  • Identifying and challenging negative self-talk
  • Seeking support from a therapist or counselor for personalized guidance

If you @llamathreads, you don't have to be premium to use it, but you have to subscribe to me on INLEO for $5 HBD a month or subscribe to the bot itseld by either sending 0.5 HIVE or 0.2 HBD to @llamathreads for each day you want to use it.

I made it this way because it costs money to run, and I also would love to improve it in the future.

Still, if you want to access it for Free in the trial period, tell me so.
