Lunch with fried duck eggs

I want to show it again to my friends here, even though the photos are not that valuable. Due to the low quality of the camera effects, I think the writing that I show is quite interesting considering how to cook is very necessary.I really like how to cook it and read it often, even though our men are definitely good at cooking like the one in this photo, this afternoon because there were duck eggs at home, I took duck eggs for me to fry as a side dish for lunch this afternoon.As I posted in my previous post, I showed my duck eggs. This time it also features the ducks that I keep, there are approximately 23 of them and have laid 13 eggs every morning.This afternoon I tried to fry duck eggs for a side dish for lunch, we named this fried egg an omelette. To fry an omelet, we usually mix coconut, shallots, garlic, tomatoes and tamarind. We put all the ingredients in a blender and stir after mixed with the eggs and then fry.That afternoon we ate together it was very delicious, savory and spicy.Thank you to everyone who came to my post.
