Hoy quiero contarles una experiencia que tuve al hacerle mantenimiento al aire acondicionado del cuarto de mi suegra,ella tenía días comentando que tenía un ruido el aire y poco enfriaba, entonces yo para ganarme mis puntitos extra me ofrecí para hacerle el mantenimiento y ella acepto,
Yo con mucho cuidado desconecte el aire y lo bajé de dónde estaba asegurado lo puse en un lugar cómodo y fui por algunas herramientas para la posterior revisión y mantenimiento.
Ahora les mostraré las herramientas utilizadas para desarmar el aire acondicionado que fueron las siguientes:

Estos fueron los materiales utilizados para desarmar el aire acondicionado ahora les presentare el paso a paso utilizado para el mantenimiento del aire acondicionado.
PASO 1
Lo primero que hicimos fue tomar el destornillador de estrías y comenzamos a desarmar la tapa del aire acondicionado destornillando cada tornillo que veamos por encima y por los laterales,al quitar la tapa nos damos cuenta que el interior está lleno de polvo y se ve lo sucio que esta
PASO 2
Lo siguiente que hicimos fue quitar los tornillos de la caja que está protegido el capacitador de arranque y comenzamos a quitar los cables que vienen del ventilador y del compresor de aire,tomando en cuenta que hay que tomarle foto o hacer una grabación para que a la hora de volver a conectarlos no lo coloquemos mal.
PASO 3
Para poder hacerle un buen trabajo yo desarme el aire completamente,lo siguiente que hicimos fue retirar los tornillos del ventilador para así liberarlo y poder retirarlo y hacerle la limpieza correspondiente.
PASO 4
Para el paso 4 tomamos la llave número 14 y con ella retiramos las 3 tuercas que estaban asegurando el compresor de aire y así con mucho cuidado y con la ayuda de otra persona poder retirar el equipo completo
Y así estaba sucio el aire de mi suegra,ella me comentó que tenía meses que no le hacía mantenimiento y por eso estaba de esa manera
PASO 5
Ya para culminar lo último que hice fue con una bomba de agua y una manguera la conectamos al tanque y con la ayuda de un cepillo comenzamos a lavar las piezas con mucho cuidado,al quedar limpias las pusimos al sol y esperamos que secara
Con la presión del agua se la pegamos al radiador para que salga toda la suciedad que acumuló todo el tiempo sin hacerle servicio.

Y de esta manera quedó el aire después de haberlo lavado,el siguiente paso fue armarlo y ponerlo en el sitio que estaba funcionando
Está fue una experiencia única,aprendí a hacerle mantenimiento al aire acondicionado y por otro lado me gane muchos puntos con la suegra jejeje

These were the materials used to disassemble the air conditioner now I will present the step by step used for the maintenance of the air conditioner.
STEP 1
The first thing we did was to take the slotted screwdriver and began to disassemble the air conditioner cover unscrewing each screw that we see above and on the sides, to remove the cover we realize that the inside is full of dust and you can see how dirty it is.
STEP 2
The next thing we did was to remove the screws from the box that protects the starter capacitor and begin to remove the wires coming from the fan and air compressor, taking into account that you have to take a picture or make a recording so that at the time of reconnecting the wires we do not place them wrong.
STEP 3
In order to do a good job I disassembled the air completely, the next thing we did was to remove the fan screws to free the fan so we could remove it and do the corresponding cleaning.
STEP 4
For step 4 we take the key number 14 and with it we remove the 3 nuts that were securing the air compressor and thus very carefully and with the help of another person to remove the complete equipment.
And that's how dirty my mother-in-law's air was, she told me that she hadn't done any maintenance for months and that's why it was like that.
STEP 5
And to finish the last thing I did was with a water pump and a hose connected to the tank and with the help of a brush began to wash the parts very carefully, when they were clean we put them in the sun and waited for it to dry.
With the pressure of the water we stuck it to the radiator so that all the dirt that accumulated all the time without doing service comes out.

This was a unique experience, I learned to do maintenance to the air conditioner and on the other hand I won many points with the mother-in-law hehehehe

Bastante interesante el desarme del aire, pero era justo y necesario, en especial el motor, imagino que los rodamientos deben sonar.
Sabes aproveché que había desarmado todo y le eche un poco de aceite 3 en 1 y quedaron bien..
Muy interesante la información amigo, el mantenimiento preventico es tan vital para los equipos debido a que estas actividades alargan la vida util de los equipos.
