It will help slightly because it will lock up a part of the outstanding DEC but I don't think it is the solution to getting there. It just seems more like a bandaid.

burning dec for a token of future may increase it's price in short term, But, I don't think it will affect much on long term. Also, DEC-B buyers will get 20% off now and more buying power when next edition releases, so I guess we will see another card dump like chaos :(

I personally don't think dec-b will bring any improvement regarding price (stability) of dec ... I consider it to be just a postponing mechanism

DEC-B won't help DEC price at all. I don't think it will hurt, either (it would if it wasn't soulbound). It will make people spend some DEC now but, for a long time, guilds and land will be eating DEC-B instead of DEC.

I believe the DEC-B will have no impact and could very well have the reverse effect. What we need is stability and allow the market over time to determine the DEC price. Constant short-term market manipulation will only further erode user confidence in the long-term value of this game. A "hands-off" strategy by the devs is the best approach for the next 2-3 years.

In the short term, yes. Because DEC will be burned for it. But long term it will be bad for DEC since the discount means less DEC will be burned, and the vouchers being burned for DEC-B makes that worse.

So sorry, spaced out before - took me a bit to see it even the second time... wonder if they should take my driving license away? haha
No, DEC-B will not help DEC regain peg because it will only let whales dump their stashes with a bit of a hedge, I think. But then again, what do I know? I can't even follow giveaway directions :)
