Wednesday Walk: Picking Up A Parcel At The Nearest J&T Express Branch

Hello Wednesday Walk Community, it's my first time sharing a blog with you here today. I hope I won't bore with you with the things I want to share with you all.

Yesterday upon checking my online shopping app, I discovered that there's a parcel that would arrived on Wednesday morning. Then at exactly 9:30 AM today I received a text message stating that the parcel is ready to pick up so I hurriedly change my clothes. I started heading off to my destination at quarter to 10.

The sun is shining brightly at this hour but I couldn't totally feel the heat because there are tall trees on the path where I walk through.

I'm thankful that this area is not muddy anymore. I can go to my destination without getting my slippers dirty.

After few steps, I saw cows in the area. At first, these two cow who are close with each other are bumping their heads but when they saw me looking at them they both stop. Maybe they are curious why I was standing there for a minute or they already knew that I would take a photo of them so they behave instantly. Lol.

Not very far from the place where the cows are, I stopped again to take few shots. In the area where I stand, the Marawi town is overlooking. At night, it's more beautiful to look at the town because there are lights that made the place more interesting to watch.

Then I also took a photo of the Globe Telco Tower. It wasn't that clear though because it's not near from the road that I take. Nevertheless, I'm still satisfied that I was able to capture it. You know, I wanted to take a photo of it by the time I pass here for the first time but since I wasn't able to bring my phone at that time so I didn't take a photo of it.

Few more minutes of walking, I am now on the cemented road. So many big houses around the area. In this place, it's very rare to see small houses as most of the people who live here are those blessed ones.

Just like this house. If you look at it personally, you could say it's like a mansion. I like the color they chose to paint the wall, the design is simple yet captivating and I also like the bamboo that they planted on the side of the house.

As I walk farther, my heart twinkles as I saw the fruits along the way. There are durian, rambutan, marang (I don't know what's the name of this in English) and lanzones but I was only able to take a photo of the durian. As I look at this fruit, I can't help myself thinking how tasty will it be if it will be ripen.

After taking shot of the fruit, I continue to walk until I reach the BUAD Agri School Foundation, Inc.. This is one of the private school near our place. Some of our neighbor's kid study here. The J&T Express Branch is just opposite to this school so after a minute of walking, I finally reach my destination. I was not entertained immediately as I arrived because there are some people who also get their parcels.

This is the parcel that I got. It's a tape measure that will be used by my hubby in his work. We ordered online because it's much cheaper than the ones sold in the hardware here in our place. After getting the parcel I headed back home but I used different route because I have to stop by the convenience store to buy laundry soap.

Along the way, I took the photo of this Masjid Al Falah and the tree at the front of it. There's the same tree at the left side of the masjid but it wasn't captured as I'm in hurry to click the camera because there's a car fastly approaching.

Beside this mosque/masjid, I saw a big beautiful house so I also took a photo of it. I like the color of it. It doesn't irritate my eyes even if I stared it for hours if I had the time to do so.

Few more minutes and I arrived at the convenience store. I immediately bought what I need and walked fast so I could reach home as I still have to cook for our lunch. It was around 10:35 AM when I reached home. It was only then I felt tired but I enjoyed the walk that I did as I was able to capture some beautiful spots that I can share with you here.
