hello everyone, come back with me on this occasion, I want to make vegetable anointing, have you ever heard of vegetable anointing or is this your favorite food?, vegetable anointing is a traditional food from Indonesia, we often encounter vegetable anointing at big events. such as weddings and others

Vegetable ointment is also a healthy food, because it consists of various kinds of vegetables, here the vegetables vary greatly according to taste, but what makes this delicious is the seasoned coconut which makes this dish very special, as for the processing process. it is also very simple and does not use oil or flavoring so this is a healthy food

For the first time I made my own vegetable ointment at home, usually I only eat it at weddings, because in my area at weddings vegetable ointment is often served to invited guests and of course there are also other menus.

Even though this is my first time making it, I don't think it's difficult, let's make healthy vegetable ointment with me



Ingredients for making vegetable ointment:

100 grams long beans
spinach
1 carrot
100 grams of bean sprouts
grated coconut



ground spices

6 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
Seruas kencur
4 red chilies
4 cayenne peppers
half brown sugar



how to make :

(1) The first step is to cut all the vegetables, especially the carrots, cut them lengthwise, then also cut the kale and wash all the vegetables

(2) After washing everything, first boil the carrots, long beans and bean sprouts, for about 3 minutes, then add the kale vegetables, boil for about 3 minutes, then turn off the stove and drain the vegetables.

(3) After that, prepare the ground spices including shallots, garlic, galangal, and chilies, wash them clean, then blend everything and also add half the palm sugar to the blender, then puree everything.

(4) Once smooth then pour it into a non-stick frying pan and add a little salt then add the grated coconut and stir well until the spices are completely absorbed. Here I cook while stirring, cook for about 15 minutes with stirring then turn off the stove and wait for it to cool.

(5) After it has cooled, then take the vegetables, add the coconut seasoning, then stir well until everything is mixed, and the vegetable ointment is ready, delicious and healthy.
