TRAVELING.
Introduction.
Today I will be sharing my ideas on traveling(things to know , traveling agencies, purpose of traveling, safety measures) because it is a thing everyone does and a thing I love to do . I know you will surely gain one or more knowledge here .
Meanings of some traveling terms .
We can basically say traveling is migrating successfully. Yet, when we are to express more to that ,we can say : Traveling is the movement of individuals between far off geological areas .
To move or go through transmission starting with one spot then onto the next.
To move in a provided direction or way through a given distance. Every one of these are ways of defining traveling.
Having define traveling,let's look at certain terms connected with traveling .We have ;
°° Luggage/travel bag:the most important thing in a journey. It can be small or large in terms of size depending on the purpose of the journey (I'm still coming to this ). Luggage is suitcases or other bags in which is used to pack individual possessions for traveling.
°° Traveler : an individual who move or undergo transmission starting with one spot then onto the next.
°° Traveling agencies : agenciesthat participate in selling and orchestrating transportation, facilities, visits, and outings for travelers.
°° Manual or travel guide :is a book of data about a place, intended for the utilization of travelers.
°° Travel journal/road journal: is a record made by traveler, at times in journal structure, of the traveler's encounters, composed over the span of the journey and later edited for publication.
°° Traveler's check : a draft bought from traveling agencies endorsed by the buyer at the hour of procurement and again at the hour of changing out as a safety measure against falsification.
Means of traveling.
Traveling can be done by road - foot (Olden days), bicycles, automobiles, train, bus. water -boat, ship , air - airplanes with or without luggage.
Purpose of traveling.
Travelers travel for different reasons some of which might include for work purpose , pleasure, relaxation, adventure, gaining memories , avoiding stress, to gain connections, discovery, and also for tourism.
Traveling can also be for short stays or long stays .
Traveling can be either be local, interstates, intrastate, national(involves internal documents and identity cards) and international( passport,visas).
Examples of traveling agencies in the world includes : Expedia group ,USA , American express,USA , BCD Travels, Netherlands, Flight centre, Australia, and so on .
Now here to the real deal .When traveling there are some things to be noted to ensure a safe trip .
Firstly , know where you are traveling to. If it's a place you have not been too , you can get information about the place ,know the weather ,the types of clothes to wear,the food available in the place (if there are food you don't take , probability of you taking some food with you ) ,the rules and regulations there ,the documents you will be needing (in order to avoid embarrassment from the security personnel , time to get to the destination (getting to one's destination late can be risky), and so on . Once all these are noted , then pack your luggage depending on the purpose of traveling and the things you will be needing .After this know the time you're to arrive at the venue ,then get there early. For example , if it's an international journey and the time for the flight to take off is 9.am , get all your documents, luggage and
yourself ready get to the airport ,you should be there by 8.am max , ask the official about the flight in case something came up or all is fine . Don't take heavy food in order not to have a disturbance from your stomach , pending the time you can just relax your self, listen to music or play games. When the time is up ,you will see you have no disturbance. While on the plane ,do not touch anything until you're asked to do so .
