My husband and I love lasagna very much, and even though I am on a diet, I stopped the diet last night and ate lasagna
I have the ingredients and the method of cooking it for you below
Ingredients for Cooking Lasagna and Preparing Bechamel Sauce
Materials we need
Mushrooms and minced meat
Oil
Onions and salt
Peppers and turmeric
For the Bechamel sauce, also flour and milk.
I also use the special lasagna spice that is in the box
Using sauce in lasagna will prevent the food from drying out and give it a good taste
First, I boiled the water and cooked the lasagna sheets for a few minutes.
To prepare the sauce, I first put flour and water on the flame and add a little milk to it and spices.
Turmeric, salt, pepper and ashes
After it is a little hard, you soak the inside of the dish with a cooking brush
And we roll out the lasagna sheets and pour the lasagna ingredients on top of it and a layer of pizza cheese and we continue to do this until the top of the dish and the last row of pizza cheese
And I baked it in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees and the result was very nice and great
